How many times a week should I exercise?

Workout 3 to 4 days a week. 2 days on and 1 day off or 1 day on and 1 day off to let your nervous system heal.

Do not workout more then an hour a day. Sometimes you can go over 5-10 minutes, but not alot.

What should I do during the week?

1st day is Chest, 2nd day is Back, 3rd day Rest, 4th day Shoulders and Arms, 5th day Legs, and 6th & 7th Rest... Repeats

How many sets should I do?

Do 3-4 sets for big movements, and 3 sets for smaller movements (example, bench press 4 sets, dumbell press 3 sets). If you want to try the high intensity strength training routine it only requires one set, a study shows that one set will make you grow, but you must yse perfect form and go to faluire the first set.

How many reps for each set should I do?

Do a pyramid, start the first set with 12 reps then every set after minus 2 reps- 12, 10, 8 and 6 reps. You will build strength, by hitting every muscle fiber.

How much weight should I use?

What ever weight you can do cleanly up to what ever reps range you want. Then if you go up 2 reps or so then add 5% to that weight. Though wow do you know that ever does each rep cleanly, so do what you think is best.
